I have extensive experience working with older teens, and young adults. I specialize in relationship dynamics, self esteem, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other issues like perfectionism and people pleasing. I have training in LGBTQIA+ affirmative care, trauma focused modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, and other Strengths Based interventions. I personally find one of the most crucial components to our therapy sessions is our relationship. As your therapist, I seek to foster a culturally-sensitive and nurturing space, led by the belief that each client is incredibly unique. I don’t rely on a rigid formula, but instead, I like to work with clients to create a treatment plan that is tailored to their needs. Together we will explore goals and expectations for therapy.
