Meet our team and find the right therapist for you.

Hi, I'm Julia.

she, her, hers

Do you feel disconnected from yourself and those around you? Do you brave the struggle of feeling numb and overwhelmed at the same time? These feelings are all too common when trying to balance the complexities of human relationships, responsibilities, and life stressors.

In our sessions we will explore how past relationships and experiences can influence current relationships (both with yourself and others).  I have found we often engage in patterns that seek to comfort us, but in actuality, they can move us further away from the growth we seek. I help clients pinpoint their patterns and rewrite their story, in order to guide them towards the positive aspects of life that they are worthy of experiencing.

I have extensive experience working with older teens, and young adults. I specialize in relationship dynamics, self esteem, depression, ADHD, trauma,  and other issues like perfectionism and people pleasing. I have training in LGBTQIA+ affirmative care, trauma focused modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, and other Strengths Based interventions. I personally find one of the most crucial components to our therapy sessions is our relationship. As your therapist, I seek to foster a culturally-sensitive and nurturing space, led by the belief that each client is incredibly unique.  I don’t rely on a rigid formula, but instead, I like to work with clients to create a treatment plan that is tailored to their needs. Together we will explore goals and expectations for therapy. I offer unwavering empathy, validation, humor, and patience as you face, explore, and work through issues that have often caused you distress. My ultimate hope is to inspire self compassion and growth, as you come out on the other side feeling more fulfilled and connected to yourself and others.

Hi, I'm Danny.

he, him, his

Do you feel like driving a hundred miles an hour and the need to push the limits for the next risk-defying thrill? Or do you passively watch life go by, constantly try to please everyone, and sometimes just can’t get out of bed? It may shock you that both of these symptoms have the same root cause: Trauma and painful past memories. You truly love your family or important relationships, and you have tried to make changes, but your repeated patterns are not something you can “just get over.” However, with help you can experience healing, growth in your desired outcomes, and gain resilience to face life’s challenges ahead.

I want to normalize your responses to life’s hardships. Although symptom regulation is an important part of therapy, I invite individuals and couples into a healthy, confidential relationship in which you can uncover what underlies your symptoms and experience lasting change in these core areas.

I work with older teens and adults of all ages. I specialize in individuals struggling with trauma using EMDR and allowing your life-story to be fully seen and heard. I am passionate about helping my clients manage anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, and recover from many forms of addiction and dysfunctional coping patterns.

Our life’s experiences impact our ability to connect, make friends and form lasting intimate partnerships. For this reason, I also work with couples to uncover the roots of relational patterns and conflict styles, work to build empathy, and develop new healthy communication habits. With all my clients I’m a big fan of honoring “progress over perfection.” I maintain a compassionate-encourager form of therapy. I frame our sessions in a way that allows you to self-discover and heal at a pace that you can evaluate and affirm is right for you.

Hi, I'm Christine.

“It’s ok not to be ok.” Do you suffer from intrusive thoughts and expectations that become consuming, triggering anxiousness and depression? What you are experiencing can be related to past trauma, current relationships, and overall life problems. Let’s put an end to racing thoughts and negative self-talk; I can help you uncover trauma, and process unresolved feelings. Together we can work on coping skills to get you through the debilitating times that come with depression and anxiety while focusing on empowering a new you. Life can be tricky, so learning a skill set to decipher rational thoughts from irrational thoughts is essential.

I look forward to aiding all my clients in mental freedom. Understanding what affects you allows you to set boundaries to safeguard the future. Do not be captive to yourself. Understanding the impact of life can liberate your thoughts and emotions.

I have eight years of experience working with teenagers and adults suffering from past and current trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and gender transition. As an ASW, I practice with a trauma-informed care approach using modalities such as  EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together we can set realistic goals for growth and achieve success in creating a new you free from self-doubt, negative self talk, and over-powering emotions.
