Our approach to therapy is very flexible and based on your needs. We do not apply a modularized approaches or step by step system.
We are trained in a number of therapeutic techniques which helps us work with clients from variety of different backgrounds. In our work together we will explore and focus on what specifically works for you. Of of us can help you work on unresolved traumatic challenges and painful past experiences you may have been affected by. We each use different approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness-based techniques.
