Digging Deeper to Create Lasting Change
You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy. Change happens over time, as we dig beneath the surface together to understand what’s really going on, not just manage what’s on top.
After spending about ten years working with youth and families in different settings, I saw how much of a difference the right support can make, and it’s what led me to become a therapist. I wanted to feel fully equipped with the education and skills to help the people in my care, no matter what setting I was in.
My approach is client-centered, holistic, and collaborative. I’ve been told I have a knack for seeing the whole picture rather than getting caught up in the smaller details, always looking for what will actually help create change that lasts.
