Your Brain Isn't the Problem
Most of my clients have spent years being told to stop overthinking, focus more, or stop needing everyone’s approval, as if it were that simple. They’re capable and self-aware, and also worn down from riding out OCD’s intrusive loops, managing ADHD without a system that actually fits, or saying yes when they mean no.
One of my favorite parts of this work is helping people understand how their own mind works, without shame attached to it. When you get why you do what you do, whether that’s an intrusive thought spiral, a missed deadline, or an inability to disappoint anyone, you stop fighting yourself and start building tools that actually fit.
Change begins with understanding, not fixing. Together we’ll make sense of the patterns behind the intrusive thoughts, the scattered focus, and the people-pleasing, and build a way of living that feels more like you and less like a performance.
